Whole:

$4.50/lb plus $1.50/lb for processing
Cut to order (approx. 400 lbs of retail cuts)

Halves:

$4.75/lb plus $1.50/lb for processing

Cut to order (approx. 200 lbs of retail cuts)

Quarters:

$5.00/lb plus $1.50/lb for processing
(approx. 100 lbs of retail cuts)

​

You will receive a variety of cuts from the whole animal.


For example:

Ground Beef, Brisket, Short Ribs, T-bone, Porterhouse, Tenderloin, NY Strip, Bone-In/ Boneless Sirloin, Top Round London Broil, Eye Round, Ribeye, Chuck Steak, Sirloin Steak, Sirloin Tip,

 

All prices are hanging weight. (HCW)

                All meat is processed in a USDA facility and aged for 10 to 14 days, vacuum sealed and flash frozen. All packages are labeled with the cut of meat and weight.
                 Our steers average weight is between 1100 to 1200 pounds and have a hanging weight on average of 500 to 600 pound carcass which yields about 350 to 450 pounds of retail cuts.
                 We will go over the cut sheet with you until you are 100% satisfied with your order, as there are a lot of different options for your cuts of beef. There are additional charges for some different cuts.

                 There is an additional $1.00/lb for patties, $1.00/lb for shaved steak, and fajitas.
Due to the quantity of meat your order will have to be picked up the same day it arrives from the USDA facility. We will call and give you several days notice.

 

To hold your order there will be a $300.00 non-refundable deposit.
